Our capabilities

From board architecture to embedded systems.

We translate product functions into circuit architecture, board designs and working software. Our design work spans custom PCBs and systems based on STM32, embedded Linux and FPGAs.

Custom PCBs and electronic hardware

We design analog and digital circuits around the product’s power, connectivity and physical requirements. Multilayer PCB design is considered alongside component selection and board bring-up.

  • Circuit schematics, component selection and multilayer PCB layout
  • On-board verification of power rails, signals and peripheral connections

STM32 and embedded firmware

We develop firmware alongside the hardware for STM32-based control boards. Sensor acquisition, control outputs and application tasks are structured around the product’s operating scenarios.

  • Peripheral bring-up and device driver development
  • Design of real-time tasks, state management and error handling

Embedded Linux and processor modules

We develop processor modules and carrier boards together with Linux-based systems. Our work spans platform layers from board boot-up to application access to the hardware.

  • Adapting the boot chain, Linux kernel and board definitions to the hardware
  • Integrating peripherals, system services and application software

FPGA-based boards

We develop hardware architectures for boards incorporating FPGAs around application requirements. The FPGA, power circuits, clock sources and peripherals are considered as parts of the complete board design.

  • FPGA selection and board architecture for the application
  • Design and bring-up of power, clock and peripheral connections

Industrial hardware integration

We bring sensors, control outputs and industrial interfaces together in a common system. Data flow and operating behaviour between the board and the application are evaluated together.

  • Mapping input, output and communication connections to product requirements
  • Verifying hardware and software integration under normal and fault scenarios
