Information collected and purpose
Your name, email address, optional company, selected topic and message are collected electronically to review your enquiry, contact you and discuss your project. Session data and a security hash derived from your IP address help protect the form. Please avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive data.
Legal basis and retention
Depending on the enquiry, processing relies on steps directly related to entering into or performing a contract, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and legitimate interests in communication and security where these do not override your fundamental rights (Article 5(2) of Turkish Law No. 6698). Correspondence is retained only as needed to follow up the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. Temporary abuse-prevention records expire and are cleared.
Recipients
Authorised KeyTech staff review your enquiry. Email and hosting providers may receive data to the extent necessary to deliver communications and operate the service. Competent authorities may receive data where legally required.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about its purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion where applicable and notification of these actions to recipients, object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis, and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing. Cookies and visitor statistics
An essential session cookie protects the contact form. When Google Analytics is enabled, usage data such as pages visited, browser and device information is processed by Google only after you allow analytics cookies. This service may process data on servers outside Türkiye. Your name, email address and form message are not sent to analytics. Advertising personalisation is not used. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 180 days; analytics cookies are also configured with a lifetime of 180 days. You can change or withdraw your permission using Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page.
