We assemble, program and test the electronic boards we develop in-house. The same design and verification knowledge carries through from the first prototype to a small production batch.
Preparing for assembly
We review the PCB layout, bill of materials and test points. Assembly requirements are considered alongside the design team as we prepare the prototype.
In-house SMD assembly
We carry out SMD assembly of the electronic boards in-house. Feedback from the first prototype informs the next steps in small-batch manufacturing.
Programming and functional testing
We load the embedded software onto the boards and check power, inputs, outputs and core functions through defined test steps. Design and assembly findings are addressed within the same development process.

We design the hardware, develop its embedded software and carry out prototyping and small-batch manufacturing in-house. Feedback from assembly and testing informs further design development.
